SHIPPING CHARGES:
You will be charged actual shipping and handling charges that apply to your specific order.
PROCESSING TIME:
Most order will be processed within 5 business days from time of purchase. (Processing time does not include shipping time.)
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
If our shipment is refused or fails to be accepted for any reason, there will be a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charge.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
We accept returns only under one of the following conditions:
1. Only if the return was due to an error of ours (i.e. - we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise)
OR
2. The merchandise was damaged upon receipt,
Please do the following in order to expedite the refund and return process:
1. We need to be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product via email at Ron@jwacc.com
2. The product must still be in MINT CONDITION. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. If open and/or un-sellable merechandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please pack your returns carefully. Refunds are usually issued within 2 business weeks of receipt.
3. We will accept responsibility for all shipping costs of damaged goods, upon receipt of merchandise or any merchandise sent in error. Please contact us if this is the issue. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so we may arrange the return. Please don't forget to include your order number with any return!
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS:
There will be no minimum order requirements unless listed with the product upon ordering.
